I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. It seems that this office cares more about making money than providing honest and ethical patient care. From the beginning, I was given incomplete and misleading information about the office’s fees. Later, they introduced additional charges that had never been clearly explained and tried to pressure me into signing paperwork to accept those fees. No patient should ever feel forced to sign documents under pressure. Another major issue was the management. The manager could not communicate effectively in English and only spoke Spanish. As a manager Veronica Chacon, she was unable to answer my questions or resolve the situation professionally. Instead of helping, she avoided giving clear explanations and was not solution-oriented. They also claimed that all of their pricing information was available on their website. Later, they changed their story and said, “The website has changed,” and then told me they would only be able to provide the fee information two hours later. When I asked why they had to wait two hours to tell me their own office’s fees, no one could give me a reasonable explanation. The answers kept changing,

Great experience overall. The staff was professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Such an amazing experience. Very professional and clean office. My dentist Dr. Correa was super attentive to my needs, delicate and thorough. The Office manager Nissi is incredibly sweet and the assistant Fernanda was also a pleasure to work with. Would recomend to anyone.

I’ve visited this dental clinic twice and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The first time was with my 4-year-old daughter, and they were absolutely amazing. They made her feel comfortable, made her laugh, and even gave her little gifts. You can truly see the care and dedication they put into their work. The second time was for a dental infection I had, and I also had a cleaning done. Honestly, it was the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had in my life! The entire team was extremely professional, gentle, and attentive. I especially want to highlight Fernanda and Simon, who were outstanding during both visits. They also offer a very convenient in-house dental plan, which is great for individuals and families and makes accessing quality dental care so much easier. A place you can absolutely trust. Highly recommend!
